Thank you for considering The Common Market as a potential employer! The Common Market is a consumer-owned natural foods retailer. This means we are co-owned by members of our community. We aim to provide a unique shopping experience that is fun, personal and educational for all our customers. The questions we ask will give you a better idea of what makes The Common Market a unique workplace and in turn, your answers will allow us to make informed choices about who we hire. Therefore, it’s important that you complete the entire application. Who should apply? The Common Market is always looking for individuals who love good, fresh food, bring both professionalism and positivity to work, like to learn, and most importantly, love serving people! Top candidates will be contacted to schedule a phone interview and the finalists from this round of consideration will be invited to participate in a live interview with the hiring manager. Due to the heavy volume of applications received, only top candidates will be contacted.
