Thank you for your interest in employment with C&R Management Group LLC ("CRMG").

CRMG complies with all relevant laws and ordinances regarding the consideration of criminal history in the employment application process. Applicants are encouraged to provide CRMG with any information they deem relevant to CRMG's evaluation of their background after receiving a conditional offer.


Following an interview, some applicants will receive a conditional offer of employment. A conditional offer of employment is conditioned on the following:

  • Signing a pre-dispute Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate Claims;
  • Completing CRMG's Criminal History Questionnaire and having CRMG be satisfied with the results of CRMG's inquiry into or gathering information about your arrest or conviction history;
  • Your ability to present documents sufficient to establish that you are eligible to accept employment in the United States.

CRMG employees have access to the residences of CRMG's tenants. CRMG employees have access to sensitive personal and financial information about CRMG's tenants. The safety and security concerns associated with those duties means that CRMG is selective in its application process. In general, and subject to its review of individual circumstances and the specific job requirements of a position, CRMG will revoke an applicant’s conditional offer of employment and/or terminate an employee if they have:

  • Provided any information on their employment application that is false, incomplete, or otherwise deliberately misleading.
  • Been convicted of any felony involving serious injury, kidnapping, death, arson, rape, sex crimes and/or child sex crimes.
  • Been convicted within the last 7 years of any other felony or misdemeanor person crime.
  • Been convicted within the last 7 years of any felony theft, embezzlement, or criminal mischief offense involving theft of or damage to property.
  • Been convicted within the last 3 years of any misdemeanor or felony related to the manufacture or sale (including possession with intent to sell) of any controlled substance(s).
  • Been the subject of any Forcible Entry & Detainer (FED/Eviction) proceeding within the past 7 years.
  • Are unable to present proof of a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance. (This is only for positions that require driving.)
  • Any unacceptable property debt or bad rental references.

Pending criminal charges for any of the above will result in a suspension of the application process until the charges are resolved. Upon notice from the applicant to CRMG that criminal charges have been resolved, if any appropriate employment position is available, the application process will be completed. No employment position will be held awaiting resolution of pending charges.
