INTERNAL CANDIDATES

Employees must meet all listed criteria to be eligible for a transfer or promotion to another position within ABG

1. Employee must notify their current manager or Human Resources of their interest prior to submitting an application in Paylocity
2. Newly hired employees must successfully complete six (6) months in their current position before becoming eligible to transfer or promote to another position
3. Employee must be in good standing in their current position - no active discipline
