As you consider applying for a position at Fenway Health, AIDS Action Committee, or Boomerangs, you should be aware there are some limitations on services that employees may receive at the Health Center. Specifically, current employees and their immediate family members may not receive Behavioral Health services at Fenway Health or AIDS Action Committee, including psychiatry, substance abuse services, and individual, couples or group therapy. Current recipients of Behavioral Health services must transfer their care to an outside provider before accepting a position at Fenway Health. In addition, current participants in research studies conducted by The Fenway Institute must terminate their study participation before accepting a position within The Fenway Institute. Employees may receive other services at Fenway Health, subject to certain limitations.

All employees of Fenway Health are required to be vaccinated for the flu. If selected for a position, you will have the option of receiving the vaccination from our Occupational Health department or providing documentation that you have obtained the vaccine.

To safeguard the health of Fenway Health's employees, patients, clients, and the community at large from the risks associated with COVID-19, all Fenway Health employees, regardless of whether they work in-person, hybrid, or remote schedules, are required to be fully-vaccinated for COVID-19. If selected for a position, you will have the option of receiving the vaccination from our Occupational Health department or providing documentation that you have obtained the vaccine. Exemptions and reasonable accommodations will be made for medical or religious reasons, as outlined in Fenway Health's COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Policy.
