To avoid any possibility of the perception of a conflict of interest for our staff or organization we will not place any programmatic staff where any familial or close relationships exist. Should an offer of employment be extended and a relationship that poses a conflict is identified, you may be assigned to a different site or your offer rescinded if not fully disclosed during your onboarding. You will be asked to list any familial or close relationships that you have with any person (Employee, student, teacher, etc.) at any school in the San Leandro or San Lorenzo School Districts, the Teen Center or existing BGCSL employees. Please keep this in mind as you consider your application to specific locations.

Thank you for your interest in opportunities at Boys and Girls Club of San Leandro (BGCSL). When creating a profile and submitting your application, we will collect the following categories of personal information: direct identifiers, such as your name and contact information; professional information, such as your previous employment and education background; and other information you include in your resume and cover letter, such as your preferences, skills and abilities. We also may collect information from your social media profile if you create a profile using one of your social media accounts.

We use each category of the information you provide to evaluate your candidacy for the job opening(s) you apply to and other job openings at BGCSL that we think may interest you.
