The undersigned hereby authorizes Zipline Logistics, LLC (“Zipline”) to conduct a background investigation of all information provided in or learned through this Application for Employment (the “Application”) and of my credit, criminal and / or driving records. The undersigned releases Zipline and its respective officers, members, employees and assigns from any and all liability in connection with such investigation.
