We know your time is valuable, therefore, when it comes to listing your work history, education, and skills, we only require you to upload your resume. A cover letter is greatly encouraged, but not required. It is a great tool to explain any gaps or information on your resume that is not clear. That's an HR tip free of charge!
We do not require you to also manually enter your work history and qualifications like a lot of other companies do as they should already be listed on your resume. No redundant steps required here. Who has time for that!? We do require most of our screener questions to be answered though. It's a time saver for the applicants and the company.
