Information for Applicants

1. All employment applications must be filled out here at the store unless this would create a hardship to the applicant.
2. In order to process your application and determine whether your skills and work experience match our current job opportunities, please complete all sections of the application, including dates of employment, pay rates, phone numbers, etc. Applications that are incomplete will delay the interview process.
3. Applicants who meet our job qualifications will be called for an interview. The Interview process consists of an initial screening with the Human Resources Manager or Store Manager. We will also try to set up some time for the department supervisor to meet with the candidate. If you are called in for an interview, please plan to spend approximately one-half hour or more with our team.
4. To prepare for the interview and possible tour of the department, please arrange for the following, due to the nature of our retail and building supplies environment:
1. Do not wear dangling jewelry or any type of open toed shoes to the interview
2. You will be required to wear appropriate attire to a job interview.
5. In order to be considered for employment with Belletetes, Inc., you must satisfy the following preemployment offer conditions:
1. Work references
2. Up-to-date tetanus vaccination
3. Be authorized to work in the United States
4. Pre-employ Drug Screening/Post Offer Physical
6. Our store career opportunities require working in a team environment along with a solid work and attendance history. Preference is given to those applicants with prior experience in a related field.
7. Belletetes, Inc. operates on a seven-day schedule, schedules may involve working weekend hours and authorized overtime when deemed necessary by the supervisor or store manager.
