Purpose:
T&J Heating, A/C and Plumbing is a full-service heating, air conditioning and plumbing organization, providing new installation, repairs and ongoing maintenance services to commercial and residential clients throughout New England.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible to manage parts movement and delivery for a Heating, A/C and Plumbing Company.
Responsibilities:
- Receive parts that come into the warehouse and ensure they are unloaded and stored according to established procedure
- Load trucks, pack boxes, handpick parts from shelves, and place delivery orders
- Provide support to employees looking for parts
- Manage and maintain the storage conditions of goods received in the warehouse
- Coordinate space, dispose of trash and manage the cleanliness of the warehouse
- Deliver parts to customer sites as needed
- Notify management of low inventory levels
- Correct any unsafe conditions in the work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area
- Other duties may include other delivery or pick up needs for business
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive a company truck or van
- Experience with maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to work independently
