Job Summary:

The Creative Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the creative development, production and fulfillment process, overseeing each stage of the ideation phase and coordinating the final production and delivery of a broad range of online and offline assets for multiple brands within the S&G portfolio. This role will handle multiple concurrent projects, with responsibility for crafting creative briefs, scoping projects, garnering SOW alignment, and keeping cross-functional stakeholders and outside vendors on schedule, with the overarching objective of delivering on-brand, on-target and on-budget creative assets and collateral for in-store, print, web and video. 



Position Responsibilities:

· Owns the creative and production process for a wide variety of projects, including creative assets targeting B2C, B2B and DTC audiences.

· Assists in the creation of branded assets for corporate initiatives.

· Drives the budget, project management and fulfillment process for creative needs across multiple departments.

· Coordinates with internal resources and external sources to drive impactful creative.

· Maintains focus on the competition, reporting on the landscape and solving for best-in-class creative solutions.

· Collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders to keep constituents aligned and engaged throughout the traffic timeline and though to final asset delivery.

· Offers creative solutions to assist in packaging and promotion around new product development.

· Comfortable presenting on-brand and on-message creative ideas to various members of senior and executive management, with the ability to garner internal agreement and alignment.

Position Qualifications:

· 2-4 years of demonstrable, hands-on, product-focused creative services and project management experience, with a preference for specific exposure to (and comfort level with) both B2C and B2B product creative targeting a multitude of audiences.

· Familiar with the appropriate toolsets, methodologies and resources required to bring impactful creative to life.

· Comfortable creating, owning and cultivating buy-in for the core positioning, messaging and branding surrounding creative assets, driven by competitive research and an understanding of overarching corporate objectives.

· Core communications abilities, as well as experience with the budgeting, planning and project management process are essential.

· Superior senior/executive stakeholder management skills – must be very comfortable communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders both internally and externally. 

· Excellent attention to detail and follow through, as well as a sense of urgency for meeting deadlines.

· A positive, client-focused attitude and the ability to work across departments in a productive and collaborate fashion.


· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Well versed in the full suite of MS productivity, creative, communication and collaboration tools. Experience with consumer products and a passion for offering creative solutions to both B2C and B2B marketing objectives preferred.
