Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst

Description

Analyst will perform all aspects of Earned Value Management and program support including, but not limited to the following:

  • Collect and analyze cost performance data reports; identify cost, schedule, and performance trends; preparation of reports and graphs to present status to IPT and senior Managers
  • Integration of IMS schedule analysis with EVM analysis
  • Assist with planning and execution of Integrated Baseline Reviews and Joint Surveillance Reviews
  • Alternative responsibilities may include: 
  • Create, analyze, and status Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) to meet project requirements for the program
  • Analyze original equipment manufacturer schedules and generate status reports/program updates
  • Develop Integrated Master Schedules, collaborate with project IPTs to maintain and status project schedules; perform schedule analyses of contractor IMS, schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and support schedule and EVM integration
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Advanced level - Master's degree required and/or 15-years direct experience

Intermediate level - Bachelor’s degree required and/or 10 years of relevant experience

  • 10+ years direct experience in EVM IPMR analysis, IBR planning and execution, and EIA-748 compliance preferred
  • Familiar with EIA-748 Guidelines to ensure program compliance
  • Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, able to support multiple projects, work well with a team, interact with multiple levels of management, and manage customer and contractor relationships 
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • SECRET or above Security Clearance required
