We are gearing up for another beautiful summer season and would love to have you join our team here at MPCC!  As a pool bartender, you desire to craft an exceptional beverage experience for our membership and their guests. You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our members on beverage offerings. You strive to not only meet, but exceed member expectations.  Someone serving in this role needs to be energetic and enjoy working in customer service.  We would love the opportunity to talk with you about joining us for the summer! 

 Responsibilities:

· Warmly greets each member with a smile and understands the importance of name recognition 

· Anticipate member needs and be willing to go above and beyond to accommodate them

· Craft delicious cocktails while engaging with members/guests to provide memorable experiences

· Possess clear knowledge of the Club’s liquor, beer, and wine offerings 

· Responsible for beverage control and accurate pouring of product 

· Performs all bar opening and closing duties 

· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies 

· Maintain high standard of safety and cleanliness

· Serve alcoholic/non-acholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations 

· Notify manager/supervisor about member complaints at the time they occur 

· Adhere to all MPCC policies and procedures related to personal appearance, uniform standards, and personal conduct 

Qualifications: 

· Must be of legal age to serve alcohol 

· Excellent communication, hospitable, and interpersonal skills 

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, punctual and dependable 

· Must be willing to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays 

· Prior bartender experience preferred 

· Remain on feet, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time 

· Able to work outside for prolonged periods of time

Other Requirements: 

Final candidates will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen
