Join Tx:Team in Indianapolis, IN working in the unique Employer Based Clinic setting. This is a Physical Therapist position located at the Finish Line Headquarters Health and Wellness Center.

The Employer Based Clinic setting is unique because it is not your typical outpatient setting!  You are the sole Physical Therapist and have opportunities to collaborate with the other healthcare providers in the clinic.  Patients and providers build relationships with you and you become a trusted provider.  Also, patients do not have any insurance barriers which leads to less paperwork for the therapist and an efficient road to recovery for the patient.


Dynamic patient caseload consists of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy), other musculoskeletal conditions, and work comp in a hands-on environment. This position only treats employees and their dependents on a covered employer health plan.

The requirements:

  • Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
  • Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Indiana
  • Has minimum one (1) year of outpatient experience
  • Has minimum one (1) year of orthopedic and manual therapy experience
  • Experience with Work Injury Management and/or Work Comp a plus
  • Proficiency with EMR scheduling and documentation systems
  • Confidence, initiative, and experience to build employer relationships and patient caseloads
  • Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
  • Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence

The responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the onsite clinic
  • Document with therapist friendly web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
  • Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome-based tools
  • Manage relationships and promote physical therapy services
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
