Description


· Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success

· Process inbound requests for quotes and orders

· Answer phones and communicate professionally

· Effectively manage email and provided timely responses

· Monitor and report production scheduling to the sales team and customers

· Coordinate shipping and delivery

· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

· Document and update customer records based on interactions

· Handle customer inquiries and issues

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services

· Provide general admin support to Inside Sales Manager and team as needed

Requirements


· Sales experience preferred, but not required

· Customer-service oriented

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

· Technical savvy, learns new software and work processes quickly and proficiently

· Driven and detail oriented

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Effective notetaking and follow-up methods
