Dura Supreme manufactures premium semi-custom kitchen cabinets and bath vanities and our production jobs perform a variety of task that begin with cutting our raw materials, sanding, staining, building and assembling to create the exact vision of our consumers. We are proud that we are a one stop shop of craftsman who meticulously refine each process to ensure that our products meet the standards of not only us, but the families who purchase our custom cabinetry.

Machine Operator is required to learn and successfully operate the machine assigned to them. There is a variety of Machine Operating positions available from Manual Operating to CNC. Operator is required to verify work orders and have the knowledge to spot check the work being passed to them. Experience in manufacturing operations is a plus but we are happy to train!

Hiring for both 1st and 2nd Shift

$20.00 per hour starting and a $1.00 night shift differential

1st Shift: 6am-4:30pm

2nd Shift: 4pm-2:30am

Depending on what machine you are interested in running and/or learning will depend on the requirements needed. Most of our Machines do not require past machine experience but do require a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed! We will train you!
