Job Overview


TerraCycle is looking for a collaborative, rigorous, ambitious, kind-hearted sharp-minded brand guru to join our team. You’ll work with literally every leading brand on the planet, helping generate tent-pole ideas and the genius executions that bring them to life, all in the name of eliminating the idea of waste. Rather than repositioning brands, you’ll bring your skills and expertise to bear helping meld the TerraCycle suite of services and support to elevate brands, products, and organizations looking to do their part in recycling and reuse.


Primary Responsibilities 

  • Lead collaborative cross-functional teams in idea generation and presentation
  • Help nurture a diverse and dedicated group of colleagues dedicated to supporting existing brand-partners
  • Develop stories and strategies to bring brand values to life
  • Conduct desktop research on client’s current marketing strategies and campaigns, customer profiles and current trends
  • Liaise with and leverage our internal consumer insights team to drive value for clients and innovate new offerings
  • Write taglines, headlines and copy, as well as prepare and present PPT decks
  • Constructively collaborate with and help direct in-house design resource
Requirements
