Join a community organization which has been providing services to vulnerable Albany County families for over 55 years. The Facilities Custodian provides janitorial and maintenance services for ACAP’s Main Office. Responsibilities include:

  • Follow agency’s performance standards and regulations for maintaining facilities and meeting recognized health and safety procedures
  • Performs routine inspections of interior/exterior areas to prevent safety hazards
  • Properly stores and maintains documentation for program supplies, materials, and equipment while keeping them in good working order
Starting at $14.16 per hour; 30 hours per week; Monday – Friday, Some flexibility needed in case of emergency


QUALIFICATIONS

High school or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred. Two (2) years of experience in maintenance or janitorial trade experience preferred. Valid driver’s license preferred. Must be 18+.
