Description
The Corporate Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and workforce needs. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. The Corporate Recruitment Manager collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance employer branding, streamline hiring processes, and attract top-tier talent to the organization.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, including the Recruitment Coordinator and Recruiters.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Partner with the VP of Employee Experience to design and execute recruitment programs.
- Manage the recruitment budget and optimize spending on hiring resources and advertising.
- Serve as the primary community liaison for employer branding efforts across New Mexico.
- Oversee recruiting platforms, resources, and partnerships.
- Train and support hiring managers in recruitment best practices, coaching, and retention strategies.
- Drive succession planning and internal promotions.
- Expand, enhance, and build strong recruitment pipelines through community partnerships.
- Foster career and growth opportunities for internal and external candidates.
- Achieve recruitment KPI’s and continuously improve hiring strategies.

Requirements
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and customer service.
- Strong ability to promote and sell the employer brand to candidates.
- Outgoing personality with a sales mentality.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online meeting platforms.
- Excellent project and people management skills.
- Education: Associate’s degree in business or related field OR five (5) years of directly related experience.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in recruitment or a related area, with familiarity in employment law.
