About the Job

Insight Wealth Strategies, LLC is seeking a Lead Advisor to be a key member of our client-facing advisory team. IWS is an expanding boutique fee-only RIA firm serving high net worth clients and their families through all phases of their lives. Our team consists of resourceful, dynamic, results-driven people with the desire to grow professionally while taking great pride in the success of our clients’ financial future.

We are an efficient and effective team headquartered in San Ramon, California. Our Houston office serves roughly 30% of our clientele under the leadership of one of our Managing Partners, Chad Seegers, who also leads our Portfolio Management team. The Lead Advisor will work directly with Chad to help service existing clients, as well as take the lead on a portion of new incoming business. This position has a growth trajectory towards managing future Lead Advisors and Associate Advisors in Houston.

We strive towards collaboration between the two offices and will provide at least one annual trip to California for company-wide meetings. We offer a fast-paced, supportive, and educational environment, with long-term growth potential and financial rewards based on company-wide performance.

About Insight Wealth Strategies, LLC

Insight Wealth Strategies (IWS) is a fee-only SEC-Registered Investment Advisory Firm offering comprehensive financial planning services to our clients for the past 21 years. Insight is comprised of 7 Advisors with an additional support staff of 8. Through internal marketing efforts we target 15% annual growth in assets for the firm.

Our firm has introduced the Lead Advisor position to work collaboratively with our Senior Advisors to ensure all clients receive the best level of care. IWS takes a team approach to the way we service our clients, and the Lead Advisor plays a key role in the success through retention and ensuring our clients are met with the highest standard of service. While our clients enjoy the benefit of being served by an entire team rather than one advisor, clients also develop a relationship with all team members, allowing our advisors to work in a collaborative environment. In the short term, our Lead Advisors will gain invaluable exposure to our clients, our processes and systems, mentorship from our Senior Advisors, and an opportunity to help manage and mentor the Associate Advisors. In the long term, our Lead Advisors will be on a trajectory to become a Senior Advisor and lead their own team, using collaboration to help service and grow our asset base. Success of the team is defined not only by asset growth and retention, but by how well team members work collaboratively, contribute ideas and feedback, and mentor those around them.
