As the SVP of Implementation Services & Operations, you will be a member of the Engrain executive leadership team, influencing the exponential growth that is planned for our SightMap product line. You will have the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of a large-scale transformation effort to re-engineer and scale SightMap operations for production implementation and lifecycle management.  You will own all people and resources (playfully dubbed as “the Engrain Machine”) spanning SightMap application design, data integration, implementation coordination, operations, and customer support. Our 2022 and 2023 growth goals require us to completely transform our team structures and processes and augment them with innovative technologies to help streamline our delivery time, and create a best-in-class SaaS delivery experience for our customers. 

Requirements


Who you are...

  • 15+ years of related experience plus a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
  • Familiar with scaling a growth stage B2B SaaS company operations spanning product design, delivery, and customer success
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and designing processes which meet the needs of different customer segments
  • Experienced in building cohesive, high-performance teams through transformational changes
  • Motivated to achieve aggressive goals in a high-velocity environment
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
  • Track record as a world-class people manager who drives ownership and accountability to ensure progress is being made on the broader team, business, and corporate goals
  • Extensive knowledge in technology solutions such as robotic process automation, systems orchestration, e-commerce, and application integrations tools

What you'll do...

Technology Leadership

  • Deliver strategic thought leadership across the SightMap implementation and customer support teams to transform the current operational technology and processes
  • Rationalize and evangelize a fresh technology vision for both customers and teams
  • Implement new technology to create time and cost efficiencies, and generate maximum value throughout product implementation processes and the customer onboarding experience 
  • Steer outcome-based transformation decisions aligned to our strategic goals and objectives 
  • Measure and track critical product initiatives and develop executive-level presentations on performance for Executive Staff and the Board of Directors

Operational and Delivery Excellence

  • Optimize process, cost, and talent resourcing by addressing inefficiencies, establishing discipline, and instilling a sense of urgency around team operations
  • Combine the customer onboarding journey across the products into a single flow that maximizes the touchpoints and value creation opportunities 
  • Plan and manage budgets, watch monthly spending, and drive cost efficiencies
  • Enable the product team through the continuous improvement of tools, scaling of product development processes, and creation of a shared knowledge base & training
  • Establish tight touchpoints and feedback loops between the go-to-market teams and the product team
  • Define and report success metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and solutions

People Leadership

  • Continuously optimize a strong, performance-oriented team and culture; effectively lead change as the business continues to scale and evolve
  • Create organizational structures that optimize the customer experience
  • Coach and mentor managers and individual contributors, growing talent value and performance outcomes

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $150,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
