As our Sales Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our growth while contributing to a fun and energetic company culture. Reporting to the VP of Growth and Sales, the Sales Operations Manager is the strategic hub for organization, communication, tool management, and creation for the Sales and Sales Support teams. You will have the opportunity to build, break, and reimagine the information flow, sales pipeline, and asset creation elements needed to grow a successful sales organization. You will drive processes, programs, and technology implementation that will accelerate revenue growth and set the organization up for rapid expansion

What you'll do...

  • Leading the Sales Support team to efficiently and effectively grow revenue
  • Creating the tools and overall environment for sales success and revenue growth
  • Work with sales, operations, enablement, and marketing to create tools, dashboards, and creative assets to enable and promote a positive client experience
  • Build and administer sales processes and workflows that enable creative thinking and organization, all while driving accountability, revenue, and overall growth
  • Motivate team with sales pipeline KPIs, goals, and analytics that promote revenue growth
  • Manage sales CRM system administration and sales functionality within software, and be the go-to knowledge hub for each platform
  • Work with enablement on lead, sales, and churn forecasting
  • Maintain CRM data cleanliness and design processes to ensure proper data maintenance and process adherence
  • Advocate on behalf of the Sales and Sales Support team with internal cross-functional projects

What you offer us...

  • 5 + years of Sales Operations experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Sense of urgency mentality and ability to escalate issues quickly

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $70,000 plus bonus. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
