Pattern Repairers are a vital part of Rochester Metal Products, helping to sustain production. These positions are responsible for making and repairing patterns for our castings.

Pattern Class C    $29.78

An hourly shift differential of $1.25 is paid for working 2nd shift.

· Ability to operate and use hand tools and power tools.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; or, occasionally more.

· Ability to work in high heat environments.

· Ability to understand and follow all safety procedures and requirements.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and management.

· Knowledge and experience using LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out).

· Ability to work weekends.

· Must have good judgement and decision-making skills.

· Must have good time management skills.

· Must have knowledge and understanding of how to appropriately wear job required PPE.

· Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions; and, to follow directions with attention to details.

· 3 years or greater experience as a pattern repairer or related experience as determined by the Company in its discretion.

· Ability to pass a written test administered by the Company or a practical skills test with a 75% or better.
