Job Description

Under the direction and oversight of the Sales and Marketing manager, the Outside Sales Specialist is responsible for building strong professional relationships. As an OSR, you will be on the front line of the sales cycle and develop a persistent sales strategy that will acquire more business. You must possess strong verbal communication skills along with the ability to ask relevant questions and relay pertinent information. 

  • Must reside in the USA
  • Must have sales experience and cold calling experience
  • Sales closing experience preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Proven experience in business and sales development
  • Must be available to work 40 hours weekly within business hours across multiple time zones (flexible) 
  • Ability to effectively converse and relay information
  • Excellent communication, including the ability to respond to callers and colleagues alike with patience objectivity and with a nonjudgmental attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to work well in a team; good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow protocols and procedures as directed
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer literacy and clerical knowledge is a plus    
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactively leverage ideas, insights, and relationships to generate new business for Direct Interactions
  • Must possess the ability to work with diverse groups in terms of geography and different time zones 



Pay Rate

  • $15.00 per hour+ (based on experience) 
  • Quarterly sales incentives 
  • Biweekly pay via direct deposit

Technical Requirements

  • High-speed Internet and a computer running Microsoft Windows 10 or higher operating system (no Windows 7 or 8.1)
  • USB headset with microphone and mute button
  • Google Chrome or Internet Explorer browser
  • 8GB of RAM or higher
