An Embroidery Technician at Lettermen Sports assists the production department in the timely production of embroidered goods.  They are responsible for the efficient and accurate flow of goods through the embroidery department.  Duties include hooping apparel, loading embroidery machines, fixing thread breaks and other minor machine problems as well as working with the rest of the production staff to ensure all custom orders are done accurately and efficiently.  Embroidery Technicians work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 PM, with overtime available at certain times of year.

• A positive attitude and a dependable personality.
• 1 to 2 years of experience running multi-head embroidery machines is preferred, but not required.  
• Applicant must be comfortable standing for 7 to 9 hours a day, and lifting 30+ pounds repeatedly. 
• Must be highly motivated and willing to work overtime during certain times of the year.  
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational and communication skills are encouraged, as well as the ability to work independently following established guidelines, processes and procedures.
