Position Summary
The Used Car Manager is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations and direction of all activities of the Pre-owned vehicle department. Performs duties such as; managing all pre owned inventory, interacting with our pre order customers to ensure proper delivery of pre ordered vehicles.

The Used Car Manager is responsible for all used vehicle inventory. Performs duties such as; managing all pre owned inventory, This includes retail, service and business office. You will be working with vendors to provide top quality inventory for our customers to enjoy. You will be responsible for our online presence with photos, descriptions of vehicles and how we are displayed on our lot and online. You will also work with our used car manager directly on all paperwork and assist with retail and wholesale management.
What you’ll do:
- Maintaining current knowledge of pre owned vehicle inventory
- Assist Lot porters on organization of used car inventory
- On lot presence which includes vehicle displays and merchandising
- Online Presence which includes photos and accurate descriptions of vehicles
- Working with vendors to ensure vehicles are at a high quality for customers
- Managing Trade in and purchase vehicles through service at a timely manner
- Organizing, maintaining and filing paperwork required for pre owned vehicles
- Helping sales Staff and customers with any pre-owned related issues
- Assist with other administrative responsibilities as needed in the management of the pre owned vehicles department
Who you are:
- 5-8 years experience in the automotive industry
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a group or independently.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Clean driving record.
