What You Will Bring to Circuit Clinical:
As our Director of Contracts, you will be responsible for overseeing the contracting process and contract negotiations with networks and sponsors. You will report to the Vice President of Research Operations and work in collaboration with our Finance & Accounting team.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Reviewing, redlining, and tracking agreements related to clinical trials.
- Negotiating contractual terms with sponsors and sites.
- Creating processes and systems for efficient contract review and compliance.
- Reconciling documents to assure concordance and compliance.
- Working closely as a team with operations staff, finance, billing, and other personnel to ensure smooth and efficient trial startup.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience with negotiating and managing clinical trial site agreements.
Your Preferred Experience:
JD or advanced degree.
Experience managing and mentoring staff.

Location: This position is ideally located in Buffalo, NY, but may be headquartered remotely with travel requirements outlined below
Travel: May require travel a couple days per month or per quarter depending on projects to meet with the Team
