Engrain provides a holistic suite of mapping solutions built specifically for the real estate industry to provide stunning unit-level map visualizations that integrate with countless websites and property tech applications.


As our Product Manager, you will work closely with the Product Development team and leadership of Engrain. This position requires an ability to understand the nuances of our SightMap and Asset Intelligence products, their requirements, and related data sets, as well as data and APIs provided by current and potential integration partners. Along with the team, you will set and execute the product vision, define the roadmap, and iterate features. You must be able to empathize with stakeholders, balance their concerns, and prioritize subsequent initiatives to deliver well-designed, scalable web tools, providing value-added direction to the product development team.

  • SightMap, Unit Map SDK – consumer and developer-facing data visualization products and geospatial mapping platform
  • Conceptualize structure, design schema, and manage the development of REST APIs, following less-is-more principles
  • Asset Intelligence and Power BI, consumer-facing data visualization products consuming APIs from third parties

What you'll do...

  • Develop and maintain product goals, success metrics, roadmap, using the voice of the customer, observed behavioral data, perception of value, and split testing — among other data- and user-driven methods
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to discover, design, prioritize, iterate, and communicate features using Kanban methods, Jira, FeatureUpvote, and ShipIt
  • Manage your squad’s time and priorities to meet deadlines and deliver consistent releases
  • Present efficient, collaborative solutions to resolve issues and overcome challenges
  • Create and prototype UX for new features, products, and platform integrations
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder product expectations — C-suite, organization, customers, and partners — communicating and advocating product initiatives, requirements, best practices, and releases
  • Drive pilot projects — defining requirements, setting goals, and establishing best practices
  • Foster technical growth and guidance of new and existing customer and integration partner relationships
  • Present regular (monthly to quarterly) webinar(s) to advocate product(s)
  • Perform validation testing of product releases
  • Supervise direct report(s) — tracking performance, providing feedback, and supporting growth
Requirements


What you offer us...

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, management, or applicable roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with accessible design and development — WCAG
  • Familiarity with Adobe Xd is a plus
  • Experience with multifamily or other real estate software is a plus

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $90,000 - $110,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
