Thomas College seeks an Administrative Assistant to work in the Student Affairs Office. The Assistant provides support to the Vice President of Student Affairs office and assists departments within the division of student affairs. The successful candidate should be highly organized, have strong computer skills, have effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task is essential.  The Assistant is required to provide excellent customer service for internal and external constituencies.

A minimum of an associate’s degree is required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Three years’ office experience or its equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required as is the ability to maintain confidentiality. Candidates should have experience with office administration practices and procedures, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work as a team player.
