Job Title: Lift Operator

We are seeking motivated and reliable Lift Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at heights of up to 40 feet and capable of performing heavy lifting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in this field, as no prior experience is necessary; we will provide training and certification. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Stockpicker/Cherrypicker type lift and other equipment safely and efficiently

- Perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs safely and with assistance.

- Efficiently move merchandise in or out of storage or staging areas

- Pull and prepare merchandise, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped

- Properly use the hand held scanner to process the merchandise

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Participate in training sessions to gain necessary skills and certifications

- Maintain equipment in safe and clean condition

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet

- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs with assistance

- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, bend, squat, reach and/or twist frequently

- Strong attention to safety and detail

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented

- Be able to work independently or as part of a team
