Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, Turn Help/Marketing employees are responsible for general office, administrative and unit turnover duties to provide a high level of customer service to our current and future residents.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by the supervisory personnel.
- Assist in checking of furniture throughout the property
- Inspect and ensure that units are to standards for move-in
- Ensure property grounds and/or hallways are free of debris and trash
- Assist in spot cleaning apartment units to ensure they are move in ready
- Assist in ensuring everything is functioning correctly in each apartment
- Assist in checking apartment keys for each unit
- Assist with general maintenance items within units to ensure a successful move-in for tenants
- Assist with office duties
- Assist with marketing and leasing duties
- Other duties as assigned by the Managers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate required Business or Trade School preferred
