Job Description:

Wild Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager focused on scaling new user acquisition, with a focus on new channel experimentation, including podcasts, partnerships and influencers. We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead on growth marketing strategies across our funnel, drive forward experimentation and find new ways to increase acquisition and revenue. This role is an exciting opportunity to directly impact our revenue and growth, work across a variety of channels and collaborate with our entire team. It’s an exciting role allowing you to develop as a future leader of growth in the organization. A successful candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial attitude, sharp analytical skills and a creative, experimentative mindset. 



Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional team (Content, Product, Tech, Design) to establish growth strategies to support Wild Health’s acquisition & revenue goals
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns, particularly exploring channels like partnerships, podcasts, and influencer marketing
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
  • You will also play an integral role in attribution and ROI analysis, as well as future budgeting
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in growth marketing at an early stage startup
  • Strong track record growing businesses or products, with samples and results of past campaigns
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Solid understanding of testing approaches including A/B tests as well as incrementally tests
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail including accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
  • Digital health experience is preferred but not required
