Job description:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a Hybrid sales team while developing and executing an aggressive customer acquisition strategy for Virtucom’s accounts across the Midwest and South West United States. The ideal candidate comes with direct industry experience as well as proven success building trusted relationships across all levels, both internally and externally, within the K-12 school districts. You will motivate a team through innovative coaching and development, inspiring creative thinking and problem solving. If you are energetic, self-motivated and possess a phenomenal drive to succeed come join us! Our go to market methodology is to pursue long term engagement and locally support our clients in a strategic way. We use NetSuite and G-Suite to keep track of all relevant information and the strategic steps we conduct in order to provide customized technological solutions. This position is fully remote. 


 Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of successful technology sales
  • 1+ years of demonstrated success as Sales leader 
  • Experience selling services in technology
  • Passion to educate and sell
  • Hunter mentality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
  • Excellent presentation skills, Deal Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
