About the Role:


The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing top accounts and tracking ad campaigns across Continuum’s platform. This role will work internally with Sales and Planning by communicating ways to improve performance based on campaign insights. We’re looking for someone who thoroughly enjoys working with data and finding the story within the numbers. 


What you’ll do:

  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and make actionable media recommendations
  • Own the process of tracking and optimizing ad campaigns by exploring ways to improve the reporting process through leveraging internal data resources
  • Manage and update weekly tracking reports for review by management using our internal reporting suite
  • Analyze campaigns to identify areas of improvement and communicate any insights to internal teams
  • Manage all campaign attribution with ability to report and adjust planning strategy based on findings as needed for future activations
  • Work with the Planning and Ad Services teams to refine the internal process of campaign reporting and optimization to ensure timely execution 
  • Become an expert in the entire sales and operations workflow to effectively communicate and implement media recommendations
  • Coordinate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team on specific agency requests and customized client reporting
  • Contribute to strategy and product development to improve internal systems to automate the usage of data in campaign management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on advertising, communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of media experience at either a cable/broadcast network, media agency, or similar platform
  • Thorough understanding of all key media terminology and media math 
  • Proficiency in working with numbers on a high level
  • Proven track record in identifying patterns from data and drawing actionable insights that enhance performance
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office properties with an emphasis on Excel
