Description
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Front Desk Attendant provides warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service throughout the guest experience—from check-in to check-out. This position requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Greeting & checking in guests
- Handling guest requests
- Answering internal/external calls
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers
- Properly executing daily closing reports (Night Audit)
- Assisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Liquor License – KCMO, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
