Description

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Front Desk Attendant provides warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service throughout the guest experience—from check-in to check-out. This position requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Greeting & checking in guests

  •       Handling guest requests
  •       Answering internal/external calls
  •       Taking reservations over the phone
  •       Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers
  •       Properly executing daily closing reports (Night Audit)
  •       Assisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Liquor License – KCMO, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
