Position Title: Manager, Youth Education and Wellness Programs

Compensation: $42,000 - $52,500 Based on Experience 1.0 FTE Exempt

We actively partner across a variety of city, county, state and community organizations to deliver training and support, a wide range of services, as well as influence policy.
Latino Network seeks a bilingual, bi-cultural mission-driven professional with proven systems development, nonprofit, and community experience to lead a full range of activities for a growing organization. As part of a dedicated team working towards a shared vision and under the supervision and direction of the Director of Youth Education and Wellness, the Manager is charged with supporting the Director, other managers, and youth and family direct service staff in all aspects of program development and implementation, systems development, and data collection and reporting. The primary goal is to increase the academic achievement of Latino youth, as well as family engagement and self-advocacy, by supporting youth academics as well as social emotional/ health and wellness needs. The Manager works collaboratively to achieve program goals, meet and document measurable youth and family outcomes, contribute to a collegial and productive work environment, and promote the organization’s vision and mission.
This position will be responsible for the growth and sustainability of Latino Network’s Youth Education and Wellness Department. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing the implementation of school based youth and family programs; logistical coordination of program sites; curriculum development and support; and oversight of special projects. The Manager also collaborates with partner organizations, schools, local government, and the community. This position requires excellent follow through; high attention to detail; professional writing skills; and excellent communication through one on one meetings, phone, e-mail, and group communication with Latino Network community partners, staff, and program participants. The Manager must have experience in supervising staff, project management, curriculum development, and be culturally and linguistically fluid in both English and Spanish.
