As the sole person that manages all aspects of recruiting and onboarding, you will play an important role in our firm. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate closely with our Senior Management team to determine the needs for the position. We are looking for self-starters who are excited to jump and learn all things about recruitment in financial services industry. We welcome anyone that doesn’t have HR or recruiting related experience as well!


Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full cycle recruiting that includes job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, processing background check and reference checks
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine target candidates, job titles, research salary ranges, and select interview team
  • Manage interview feedback process, working with hiring managers and recruiters to collect and process all necessary information
  • Partner with hiring manager and HR team during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, start date, and other details
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Handle overall onboarding process from pre-hire to new hire orientation
  • Collect and complete all new hire documents
  • Maintain relationship with external recruitment partners and attend events as needed
  • Process I-9 verification and maintain I-9 files
  • Support additional HR projects as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or human resources experience preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, great time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you are the type of person that can connect with anyone 
  • Creative sourcing strategies for variety of roles
