FullCount is seeking a new team member. Our Implementation and Support Specialists are a critical element to the overall success of our team and are instrumental in meeting the needs of our customers. 


As an Implementation and Support Specialist you will work with a variety of individuals from senior living communities around the country, ensuring the successful installation and implementation of our system. You are the face of the company that works closely with the client’s team from start to finish of setup, installation, training, and post-install support.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard implementation duties for assigned installs, following a tested process to assure success for yourself and our customers.
  • Inform client and secure pre-requisites for successful implementation.
  • This job requires an average of three days of travel per month to various locations for meetings and events.
  • This job requires an average of 3-4 days of travel, 12-15 times per year to various locations.
  • Book personal travel and accommodations (company paid).
  • Configure client’s FullCount instance to meet their specifications and needs, working closely with the client team to ensure optimal results.
  • Update client info in system for a smooth go-live.
  • Order and organize equipment delivery.
  • Complete hardware setup and installation.
  • Train client on system and administration for all platforms of the system.
  • Identify and report needed enhancements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support—you are the face of the company!
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Any Major
  • Capacity to learn technical information. IT experience, including an understanding of software architecture, hardware, networking, and databases is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate ideas through phone, web conference, and in-person demonstrations.
  • Independent and self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and database tools to manipulate data is a plus.
  • Time-management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-detail tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent judgments that may significantly impact the company.
