Site Director
Description

Summary

The Site Director will oversee Sierra Vista and Douglas Centers in Cochise County and functions as the primary administrator and supervisor. In this capacity the incumbent is responsible for implementation of policies set by the CEO and CCO as well as annual goals and objectives, program, and administrative management of the individual site. Guidance and direction is provided by the Senior Director of Clinical Services.


Essential Duties

· Will work out of a designated site within the organization and manages the overall operation of the direct services for the individual site, including: working in collaboration with the Senior Director of Community Programs overseeing clinical assessments, reviewing and evaluating the results of program activities, facilities management ensuring that continuing contractual obligations are being fulfilled; allocating resources for greater program effectiveness and efficiency; developing policies and program objectives for Executive consideration.

· Provides effective leadership of staff; develops and implements short and long-range operational plans and policies for the benefit of the organization and its clients.

· Liaison with other organizations, such as RBHA, health homes, and various foundations and centers within the behavioral health community; coordinates business and outreach activities with those of other agencies for mutual benefit.

· Ensure compliance with and support of Executive directives, Agency contracts and established policies and procedures.

· Manages the internal organizational affairs of the organization, including the development and implementation of the annual programming; facilities management; ensures appropriate control and accountability of all facilitation, physical involvement and other directive in HOPE, Inc. programs.

· Keeps informed on policies and procedures set forth by RBHA and governmental authorities.

Requirements

· Must qualify as a Behavioral Health Technician under DBHS guidelines.

· Strong management, leadership and organizational skills

· Effective oral and written communications skills

· Ability to plan and implement organization-wide activities (setting objectives, developing strategies, developing policies and procedures for programming, and organizing the functions necessary to accomplish the activities)

· Skills in staffing effectively; selecting, training and developing employees; directing employees toward desired objectives; delegating, motivating, resolving problems; and controlling the functions (developing performance standards, measuring results, taking corrective action and rewarding employees as appropriate)

· Marketing and promotional skills

· Facilities operations and management skills

· (Required) Peer - Individuals must have first- hand knowledge of a behavioral health condition or substance abuse issue, whether or not they received treatment or medication or identify as a family member of someone in recovery.

· Must be at least 21 years of age per licensing requirements.

· Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle.

Salary Description
$50,000-$60,000
