MoboTrex engineers, manufactures, and sells a wide range of standard and custom traffic control products across America. MoboTrex has an opportunity to join our growing organization as a full-time Manufacturing Test Supervisor at our location in Austin, TX. The Manufacturing Test Supervisor provides direction and leadership for a team of 7-15 employees. This supervisor must focus on safety, operational discipline, coaching/developing employees, emergency preparedness, customer interface, and execution of daily shipping schedule designed to meet lead time and customer due dates. The Manufacturing Test Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to all of the manufacturing areas including that outside of direct supervisory control. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to precisely and accurately meet the needs of a site operation.

Education: BS Electrical Engineering preferred or Master Electrician. May consider an Associate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology plus 10 years of related experience. A minimum of 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the employee may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
The employee must occasionally lift up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and ability to adjust focus.
The position is an office-based position with frequent visits to the plant floor. required.
