Description

Responsibilities for Restaurant Server:


- Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive

- Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested

- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members

- Serve food and beverages

- Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses

- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner

- Assist in training new employees as required

- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience

Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good attitude toward teamwork

- Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative

- Confident, outgoing demeanor

- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends

- Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop and life a moderate weight

- Be of legal age to serve alcohol (At least 18 years of age)
