2 Openings to join our opening team as Operations Managers for the soon to open Kelly’s Roast Beef and Seafood Restaurant located in Salem, NH The Co Operations Managers report to the Restaurant General Manager.  This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the 1st Kelly’s Roast Beef and Seafood Restaurant owned and operated by AAM 15 Management under franchise agreement. AAM 15 Management is an established hospitality company with several new Kelly’s locations in development throughout New England.

We are looking for candidates that have experience in management or supervision in a high-volume fast food / quick service restaurant environment. 


  • Assists General Manager in supervising the day-to-day activities.
  • Assists General Manger with      inventory / ordering to maintain appropriate inventory levels of product 
  • Provides on-the-job training for associates
  • Resolves questions and problems for guests
  • Interviews candidates, recommends candidates for hiring, terminations, advancement, and promotion
  • Supports the General Manager in developing and implementing creative strategies to increase revenue, and control cost.
  • Assists General Manager in achieving unit goals.
  • Executes daily opening or closing tasks.
