The Performer is responsible for entertaining Lagoon guests with high quality performances including singing and/ or dancing in accordance with company policies and procedures.

This position is seasonal. Seasonal employees perform their work at certain seasons and periods of the year. Their work, by its nature, is not continuous nor is it carried on throughout the year. A seasonal employee who is employed at the conclusion of the season will be terminated.

• Performers must be able to read, follow, and learn music as well as be able to comprehend, follow, and learn dance moves and routines.
• Performers will perform several shows each day and must perform with a consistent high level of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm. In addition, Performers must perform material as directed by Directors and Choreographers.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Must maintain the same weight, without extreme fluctuation, and other physical appearances from time of casting until the end of the performing season.
• Must be able to maintain stamina to perform several shows in a single day during warm summer months.
• Able to stand, sit and/or walk for up to (8) hours.
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Requires early arrivals and/or late night departures.
