Job Description 

Omlie is looking for experienced management consultants in the Greater Philadelphia area [and beyond].   

At Omlie our management consultants are passionate leaders who deliver consistently exceptional client experiences with authenticity, collaboration, and trust.   Consulting team members should expect their primary focus to be on project delivery – understanding our client’s needs and partnering to design, build, and deploy custom solutions.  We look for team members who actively seek out information and share their perspectives with curiosity and vulnerability.

•  Leads large, high visibility workstreams for a large-scale program or leads a smaller project entirely with minimal oversight.   
• Independently manages project plan including deliverables, issues, risks, and resources – identifying and escalating issues and risks appropriately.  
• Listens to client needs and collaborates to recommend solutions, influence decisions, and document next steps to further project initiatives.   
• Builds awareness by supporting strategic planning, team building, and high-visibility projects and workshops.? 
• Supports the sales process through exceptional client delivery, ability to articulate the Omlie story, and identify opportunities in partnership with leadership. 
• Actively seeks out information, cultivates intuition, and shares perspectives with curiosity and vulnerability. 
• Builds trust and influences through strong communication and effective presentation skills.  
• Maintains professional networks for business development and recruiting purposes. 
• Embodies a healthy team culture that aligns with Omlie values and principles and takes on internal projects as a contributor to enhance our team and culture.   
• Understands Omlie services and industries and actively seeks to learn about current events and their impacts on our people, clients, and the world.      
• Eagerly participates in coaching and career development scenarios for oneself and others.  

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in management consulting 
• Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills  
• Experience working with and/or leading teams, clients and vendors using your exceptional team building, mentoring, people development and management skills 
• Experience working on and/or owning a defined portion of a consulting project, and demonstrated ability to manage issues and risks, with an understanding of appropriate and timely escalation.   
• In-depth understanding of Project Management methodology, Microsoft Office, and other collaborative toolsets.
