One Stream Architect Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for OneStream
• Deliver architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation
• Work with OneStream sales and delivery leads on sales pursuits and support sales cycles
• Assist with preparing custom software demos in collaboration with OneStream functional team
• Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features
• Estimate solution effort and define project team structure
• Develop Proof-of-Concept to validate new architectures and solutions
• Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications
• Drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across teams
• Develop and modify rules to translate data into business reports as well as modify reports to provide efficient technical solutions for end users in Essbase or similar CPM solutions

OneStream Architect Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience with OneStream XF Solutions
• Reputation within the OneStream community for successful implementation and configuration skills
• At least 2+ years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency
• In-depth understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
• Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition
• Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction
• Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects
• Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
• Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Open to travel
