Our members include business professionals who are accountable for the critically important practices of compensation, well-being, benefits, development, and recognition programs within their companies around the world.  

Our Marketing team is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Communications, Senior, Specialist, who will be responsible for the creation and execution of event marketing and lead generation campaigns as well as the marketing support for our Visibility sales team. This position will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote long-term growth. 

 

The candidate should be strong in managing project timelines, event marketing, as well as the planning and execution of marketing communications campaigns – ranging from lead generation, lead nurture, product marketing to advocacy.  

 

The candidate should also possess a strong ability to clearly communicate via email marketing, ads (paid and organic) as well as a solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing tactics and approaches.

Requirements

You have: 


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • At least 7 years of hands-on digital/traditional marketing communications experience 
  • 3+ years of hands-on event marketing experience 
  • Experience project managing timelines, project scope, project deadlines 
  • Basic understanding of full-funnel, comprehensive campaigns 
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with experience working closely with internal team members 
  • Ability to identify and articulate to other team members the needs for a project, including timing, and experience 
  • Ability to think tactically and execute on a timeline and project scope in a complex team and client environment 
  • 3 years or more of experience extracting data from tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is required (Marketo is a plus) 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with changing priorities in an open-office, cubicle environment 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects across a variety of functions
