Description
A Catering Associate coordinates aspects of daily catering orders to ensure flawless execution.
- · Coordinates catering needs with all market departments
- Assembling catering platters and charcuterie boards
- · Maintains relationships with existing customer base through follow-up phone calls, promotional food delivery, and daily order follow-up
- · Manages daily administrative responsibilities
- · Handles in-store consulting for special events and large catering orders
- · Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
- · 1+ year of catering or sales management
- · Solid computer skills
- · High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Requirements
- · Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and exert well-paced mobility
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
