General Purpose
Assist in building, coordinating, and maintaining a pipeline of experienced and talented freelance labor pool. Responsible for the scheduling and coordinating labor to support events, nationally.
Relationships and Responsibilities
· Schedule, coordinate, and manage event labor with freelance and independent contractor pools
· Work collaboratively with all departments, as necessary, to secure labor that meets the skill sets, project scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables per project
· Assist in continually growing our labor resources nationally through recruiting, word of mouth, networking events and utilizing your existing relationships
· Partner with accounting to ensure all onboarding, paperwork and invoices are submitted and processed for payment to individuals
· Build upon the AVmedia Culture, Core Values and Core Purpose by being a role model at all times.
· Support and identify recruiting opportunities that can lead to new talent whenever appropriate and always be the best advocate possible for AVmedia
Education and Experience
· Knowledge of production, creative and audio-visual services
· Experience and/or understanding of Union Labor
· Travel management experience is a plus, but not necessary
· Strong Microsoft Suite and Apple/Mac product software a plus
