Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· The Maintenance Setup Tech performs the breakdown, cleaning, reassembly, maintenance and set up of the cornucopias

· Mixing and handling of aggressive chemicals is required

· Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

· Required to follow all Food Safety and Quality guidelines and requirements, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices

Physical Environment/Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

· May be hot and humid during summer months of year (60-100% humidity)

· Environment with temperatures ranging from 55-90 degrees Fahrenheit 

· Congested work area

· Slippery floors from water and cleaner

· Essential function tested to Machine Op-Heavy lift required

· Physical demands: bending, kneeling, climbing, heights and normal body mechanics required for cleaning/disassembly/assembly of equipment

· Loud work environment

High school diploma or GED. Two (2) or more years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
