Candidates must be professional, hospitable and committed to the highest level of member and guest services with a focus on member satisfaction. Maintaining professional decorum in all interactions with membership is essential.

Brief Job Description

The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for a Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team.

•  Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen
•  Clean pots, pans, utensils, and plates to health code standards
•  Properly dry washed items to health code standards
•  Organize dishes and kitchen utensils
•  Clean up spills
•  Remove trash and recycling
•  Replenish hand towels and soap in hand washing areas
•  Assist with small food prep duties which includes peeling and cleaning of product
•  And any other related duties as assigned per Culinary Leadership Team

What We Would Like You to Have

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Ability to adhere to a professional conduct at all times
