We have an opportunity in our Dallas office for an Associate to handle primarily litigation and some light transactional work. The firm has a large presence in the property owners association industry and a lot of the work will be related to the defense of officers and directors of non-profits (usually Property Owners Associations), collection of assessments and enforcement of restrictive covenants. This attorney will also assist in drafting dedicatory instruments, legal opinions and corporate resolutions for the firm’s clients.
